Description
The Snake Chain Necklace has a smooth, fluid look that sits flat against the skin like a fine line of light. Its tightly fitted links form a flexible round chain about 2 mm thick, polished to a bright silver tone. It is sleek on its own and makes a clean base for layering.
This chain is made of 316L stainless steel in its natural silver colour - it is not plated and it is not sterling silver. Stainless steel is hard-wearing and, because the chain is not plated, there is no plating layer to wear away - a practical everyday chain. It measures 45 cm with a 5 cm extender and fastens with a lobster clasp.

About the materials: our pieces are made of 316L stainless steel, an alloy widely used for everyday jewellery. Like all stainless steel it contains nickel bound within the alloy, so we cannot promise it will suit every metal allergy - if you have a known allergy, please check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
Care: stainless steel is a hard-wearing everyday metal. Wipe the chain with a soft dry cloth after wearing, take it off before swimming, bathing and exercise, and keep it away from chlorine and harsh chemicals. Store it flat in the pouch provided so the chain does not kink - a snake chain that is folded sharply can bend permanently.

Care & Safety
Gold plating is a thin layer of gold over a stainless steel base and wears gradually with use. Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before swimming, showering, exercise and cleaning. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store each piece on its own in its pouch. Keep glass pearls away from water and perfume. Our pieces are 316L stainless steel, which contains nickel bound within the alloy - if you have a known metal allergy, please check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Not suitable for children under 14 - small parts are a choking hazard.
